Pics are allowed, but not the main focus. It's more about why you love or loved him/her/them :)
Personally I loved a little toddler named Jenee Ankhesamun the best. She kind of grew cold looking as a child and horse-faced as a teenager/adult, but I just loved her as a toddler :) She was so cuddly and she got the perfect genes from her parents (except the vampire part, which I got rid of). She had purple hair, green eyes, and coco coloured skin :)

wait... are these sims that we create and their children, or game sims that we find?

Pin Yin (NPC, homeless).

Aside from the fuss she caused for me, she is the only NPC that I that not only not looking odd, but actually look as cute as a player made sim worthy enough to be uploaded on MTS. Worthy enough for me to save her to bin for later "cloning" use. To all honesty, I have to go CAS edit 90% of the female sims I met in Bridgeport due to their excessively unproportional breast size (having F cup is one thing, but having them protrude so far out from the chest without taken into gravity effect is just plainly ... unrealistic).

Anyway, I finally got her to work for Chinese Take-out King (10x10 mini restaurant). She is the ONLY NPC sim who ever gives me problem in regard to role assignment. First from never showed up at work, I managed to drag her out (ahem, MasterController). Secondly, when even she is at the restaurant, she is chatting none stop to customers like she is a customer herself, without tending the bar as she was assigned to. For others NPC, no matter if the NPC is distracted, I can still initiate "Buy" or "Order drink" or other commands for mixologist. But for Pin Yin, she actually worked about 10% of the time. I call that having character, to say the least, and got my full attention for 2 days trying to figure out why she refused to go to work (as an NPC mixologist when I assigned her).

Any sims at all :) Like I said, it doesn't have to be just one, I know it's hard to choose sometimes :)
Lol, Pin Yin definitely sounds like a character!

I loved my one sim family I named after a couple characters off of ABC's Lost. It was Desmund and Penny Hume. They had a lot of kids which I named Charlie, Jack, Claire, Sun, Rose, and Bernard. I make Penny and Desmund stay young, making them eat ambrosia right before they hit 10 days till they age. I wanna see how many kids they can have. :D

I betcha you can get lots more kids, especially if you give them the fertility reward which increases the chances of twins and triplets. In one family, I have twins and triplets, with more on the way!
I loooooove big families :) I have septuplets right now (aged a bunch of toddlers and babies to childhood at the same time) and I'm enjoying the chaos!

My re-vamped Beau Merrick - he's bad-ass and totally hot.. (I so had to put on an American accent to say that!)

But he always leaves the party early, the bastard..

My most favourite Sim was Katrina Morel. She was generation 4 in the legacy house, but not in the heir line, I was planning for her mother to be the heir but it didn't work out. She lived with her twin sister and their older brother, the sister was my adventure woman and the brother staid home and hacked. She died by accident when I was not paying her, so her sister and her brother did a quest in Egypt where the reward was all the ingredients for ambrosia, so they resurrected her. She married one French guy, but he got killed when she was pregnant and got twins, and then she had her sister and her brother and the brother's husband move in with her to take care of the kids. The kids grew up, then I got LN, and Katrina moved to Bridgeport with her now elder brother and twin sister (she was still a YA due to ambrosia resetting her life), where she met and married Matthew Hamming. I really can't pinpoint what is it about Katrina that made her so special, but she was amazing.

A very close second is Rogue Hurst. He is Katrina's cousin, he had a child with Agnes Crumplebutton, but Agnes couldn't handle taking care of children so she left Rogue and the baby. Rogue then took care of his daughter with the help of his elder aunt who move in with him after turning 80.

These two were from my previous town, before my computer broke and I lost everything. Currently my favourite Sim is Pansy Prudence, she's a YA writer who's LTW is to have 4000§ in royalties/week, she owns the town's coffé/book shop, and is currently dating DeAndre Wolf who I move in from Twinbrooks to my own town Midsomer.

A very close second is her brother Parker. He's currently in Barnacle Bay, trying to sort his life out. He lives a homeless life there, sleeping on benches, or on other people's beds after he finishes from evicting the ghosts from their homes. He just found himself a boyfriend, some very rich and very ugly YA man. I plan to play Parker a bit longer in Barnacle Bay, and then move him back into Midsomer where he would open a bar.

I also really like Dilly Pidgin, she's currently married to my legacy starter, and is expecting their first child.

Never would have imagined EA pre-mades could end up being in my favourite list.

They had twins once already. Too much for me to take care of. I like one kid at a time. =P

The insane Hart family in Sunset Valley.

Usually, when I get new Sims game, I create my test Sim to check out gameplay (with heavy cheating :). So, whenever I took that test Sim to the city, the Harts were always hanging around, usually all 3 of them. Their faces look so sad and insane :( And I decided to play them.

In my first savegame I did a little makeover on them and their house, got them some better jobs, Dorie took up gardening and Gus fishing. And then I left them to play Steel household - I don't have to tell you what EA SP did to them. Now I have Twallans SP and it made them 2 more children.

Excellent family. Nothing can beat Dorie working out in that insane swim suit and Gus fishing in his formal attire.
