Is it possible to get the template of France and others into a "lite" verson for edit in CAW?

I don't yet fully understand how to creat a whole new world with CAW but i do know how to edit the "lite" versons of sunsetvally and riverview. so is there anyway to do the same with the WA neighborhoods and maybe even barnicle bay? :/

However, that is quite a tricky and advanced thing to do. If you are new to world creation you would probably be better off trying to make your own world first, so that you understand how to use CAW.
