Connection attempt failed?

Okay, I'm trying to upload my sim to sims2.com, but it's not working! I keep getting the message that says "Connection attempt failed. Error code: 5" What do I do? D: Please help! Thank you so much in advance!

Unfortunately, we can't really help with stuff related to EA's site. However, haven't they closed the Exchange now? If so, that would explain the problem.

They haven't closed it at all! They closed the STORE, not the exchange. You need to download a patch from their website. Look up "error code 5 patch sims 2" on Google. :)
