Does anyone else get a negative moodlet for guests misbehaving if your sims initiate the woohoo in the shower at their own place? I find it odd that my sims can woohoo in bed with whoever visits their place but not in the shower.

I believe it is a glitch, either that or it is a lousy setting from EA. But I have encountered and discussed about this before:

- Sometimes guests get hit with "misbehavior" for using beds, showers, cooking, etc...
- The higher the friendship, the less chance this might happen.
- Even "asking to stay over" does not help with this issue.

So beside "woohoo in shower", you might get hit with this when you just sleep, shower, cook in your friend's house. Sometimes it is random, like guest can woohoo and sleep with a sim without problem, but if he/she goes to bed on her own, she get told off.

So far there is nothing much we can do about it. Maybe try to increase friendship level to *hopefully* minimize the problem.

Or get the life time reward for being inappropriate in a good way. No more messages asking the guest to stop or they will be put out. I think that came with Ambitions or Late Night.

I was saving my points but I guess I must get that reward for my sims to get any kind of shower action. It came with World Adventures, by the way.

Oops, didn't realize it's been out that long. Thanks.

That reward is only 5000 pts, don't take long to make that up, not for me. I always get my actives that reward.

It is one good reward btw.

Just note that in this case you need to give the reward to your guest. As the answer(s) missed the point that it's the guest being inappropriate.

It could well be that the actual misbehavior isn't even the woohoo, but the shower. Game may count the event as guest showering, and that usually is a big no-no. It may (should?) help if the guest has been asked to stay over, but it, like many things, randomly doesn't work.

Anyway we're stuck with this behavior until it's patched (yeah, likely) or modded out.

Oh, I did misread the OP. Sorry about that. I didn't know that was an inappropriate action for visiting sims. Usually I ask them to spend the night, when they do, the guest does shower with no problems. Yeah that needs an update, but I doubt it will come. More likely a mod will come out to combat that.

Learn something new everyday. I love reading these forums.

I see, thanks for clarifying! I guess we'll have to wait until someone who knows how to mod (not me) fixes this.

Yeah, the whole inappropriate behavior seems to be little random. Then again, I've been giving that reward to sims too, so I don't necessarily notice anymore what's inappropriate and what's not. I just remember showering being one. And sleeping.

But yes, asking to stay should allow guests to do (some of) those things.

And you can purchase rewards (and give lifetime points) with Twallan's Master Controller. So actually you could give that reward to guests, if you really wanted. Now that I think about it, there are actions in Master Controller, that can target multiple sims. Too lazy to check just now, but maybe you could give that reward to whole town at once. Not that it would necessarily be smartest thing to do, even if possible.

I thought I clarified the same thing as the 2nd reply to your post. But I guess you missed that.

Whoa there...

Anyway, I took a quick look at the XML and I couldn't find something that codes for the inappropriateness of woohooing in the shower...

I would imagine the eco-friendly sims would approve of shower woohoo - saving water by sharing and all that ... *happy being Green moodlet*

Heh: your post made me chuckle. But likely the eco-friendly sims would be a might peeved at just how long sims stayed in a shower to woohoo. They likely want you to limit your shower time to conserve water.
