It's driving me nuts! Unless I micro manage which child sleeps in which bunk, after the bedtime stories and endless ghost stories ... *if* a child sleeps in the wrong bunk he/she gets the cheap bed moodlet .. I am not sure if this is related purely to Generations (so I'm not going to immediately blame Generations) but wow .. it's soooo annoying!

I get the cheap bed moodlet even if they sleep in the right bunk with the most expensive bunk bed.

You know I've been noticing this alot. Especially with Store stuff. It seems EA just clone the cheap beds and then change the mesh, so even a so called "expensive" bed will give you that moodlet. Between that, and the inability to realise that flippers are NOT acceptable for any social occasion, it's pretty much the reason I stopped using the Store.

Since it appears to be a glitch on EA's part, just delete the moodlet. That's why you have that option.

Yups .. with you on the bed thing ... Not with you on the flippers thing if they have sparkles or are maribou fur trimmed ;-)
I appreciate the fact that we can delete the moodlet as the poster above me suggests, but we shouldn't *have* to do it, not with the more high end stuff, I mean what's the point in having our simmies work their fingers to the bone (lulz!) to buy nice stuff and then have to delete the resulting moodlet? If I wanted to delete it, I'd have stuck with the good old brass bed!

I get that moodlet about once a sim-week from any of my sims who sleep on a bunk bed. It's so irritating, especially because I never use the super cheap bunk beds... I always use either the most expensive or the second most expensive.

Well there are a lot of things we shouldn't have to fix because EA messed up, but we don't really have any other option, as they sure aren't going to fix it.

Have you ever slept on a bunk bed? It's like sleeping on a piece of wood over a concrete slab. So bad moodlet from it sounds about right to me. :)

This would be why you get the cheap bed moodlet: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=446076
All the bunk beds are using the same resources.
I'm sure somebody will figure out the fix eventually :) But I have to agree with wickedblue, having shared a bunkbed with my sister as a girl!

Ahhh it all makes sense now .. yes, let's hope some brainbox comes up with a mod :)
I was deprived of the whole bunkbed experience as a child :)

Yup... of course I kinda sorta remember it to be fun specially during sleep overs. Loved that bed. Of course, it's been about a hundred years so maybe my brain is just being nostalgic :)
