~Hi I created a SubWay community lot & made alot of custom content to realize it my problem is making the lot more unique not so square so to speak.I like the lot for its easy to play & it resembles what a Subway should look like although most are attatched to a little store or gas station.Any idea's are greatly appreciated.Below is what needed to be changed, thnx so much! •Lots - Architecture
When creating the architecture of your lot, please strive to create a unique overall look with an interesting layout. It's very easy to create a boxy lot with poor aesthetics in Sims 2/Sims 3 - and it can take a lot of practice, work, and effort to create a unique lot that not just anyone could build.

◦Try looking at real lots and houses in the style you want to create. You can get great inspiration on unique and realistic architecture by looking up real life building plans, or searching for images on Google Image Search.
◦See: Building Great Realistic Houses - From the Ground Up .
◦See the TS2 Build Mode Tutorials or TS3 Build Mode Tutorials for new techniques, cheats, and tricks which can help in your building efforts.
◦Use the Creator Feedback Forum to get help and feedback on your specific upload.

Much better to post pics of your lot than attach it. (not even sure that is allowed to attach file is this forum...)

Please attach pictures of your lot per forum guidelines; no one wants to install a lot just to give feedback, especially if it has a ton of cc.

Looks good. I don't think it needs to be changed. I do have a few suggestions for things that would make it more appealing to me.

1. Use a lower angle on the roof. Try an angle in the range of 15-30. A gable roof that came out at right angles to hip roof and was just above front door would give it a bit more interest. I would expect a Subway to have a very simple roof, so don't get too fancy with it.
2. The last time I was in a Subway (it has been a few years, so there might be a new corporate look), the wall paper featured vintage monochrome images of Grand Central Station (New York City). Multi-paneled wallpapers are a pain in the butt for the creator & the builder, so I'd suggest a large wall hanging or two to give that feel.
3. If it is for here, and you are concerned it is 'too plain', You could take this idea and make it a portion of a strip mall. An arcade would be awesome from a sim enjoyment point of view. The nearest Subway to me is in a strip mall with Goodwill, a kidney dialysis clinic & an auto parts store -- so just about any business format has real life justification.
