I liked Blue's Clues with Steve and not Joe too!
Fairly Odd Parents is still one of my favorite cartoons. Have you seen the live action movie?
I liked almost all of those shows too. I wasn't too fond of Kim Possible and CatDog. I didn't hate them, but I didn't like them either.
Has anyone besides me ever heard of Bernie the St. Bernard or The Gospel According to St. Bernard?

The live action Fairly Odd Parents is okay, it's not as bad as I expected it to be.
They're both the same show, just different names.
I forgot to add Batman Returns and The Dukes of Hazzard.
I liked all the old school Nickelodeon shows.

My two favorite movies were Lion King and Goldeneye (yes, I was allowed to watch PG-13 movies when I was 5. I turned out just fine, thank you. :P ). I think my brothers and I actually wore out those VHS tapes because we watched them so much. I also really loved Batman Forever, which is the movie that made me the raving Batman fan I am now. I still hold a soft spot for that movie, even though it is objectively rather bad. I saw some vampire movies on tv that I really liked, but I don't actually know which ones I saw. I just know that I liked vampires because of them. I also liked the aesthetic of Ferngully, though I have since realized that the movie is entirely too heavy-handed. I've got nothing against conservationists and I think it's prudent to conserve resources, but sometimes you have to be a bit gentler with your message when you're trying to sway people. Especially since the message flew entirely over my head as a child, as well as over the heads of those of my friends who saw it, so it would seem that the message isn't particularly effective on children, anyway.
My favorite shows were Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, The Crocodile Hunter, and various nature shows on Discovery Channel. I wasn't fond of most cartoons because the aesthetic of children's cartoons didn't usually appeal to me. The art was often ugly or overly simplified, when I vastly preferred more realistic art styles. There were also a number of cartoons on that had rather sick humor and I've never really liked that sort of thing. The shows I have mentioned also filled the two main types of show I was interested in: stories about heroic characters and facts about the world, particularly about nature. Yes, I've been insufferably nerdy and academically-oriented since early childhood.
