I am having trouble Building my Restraunt?

Ok I am having trouble adding the stoves and other stuff what do i need to set the lot to on Community I cant seem to pick the right one please and anyone help me out thank you so much

The Sims 3 doesn't let you put a stove on a community lot, without a mod.
