How do my Sims buy custom built community lots? A sim of mine recently finished her perfect garden lifetime wish and wanted to share her accomplishments with the community but she was un-able to buy the lot with the real estate feature. ie: phone>check real estate>view purchasable properties... the only ones listed are the original maxis lots.
