dont be insulted by the title

all you need to do is extract whatever is in the rar and paste in C:\Users\Mohammed\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads

of course that is if you have winrar.

sometimes you will need to create your own downloads folder. just make a new file and call it Downloads.

You might also consider that expecting someone to see and respond to a question in less than three minutes is just a tad unrealistic.
