help with downloading PACKAGE files?

after trying to follow a faq about downloading PACKAGE files i am failing ( http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files/Setup_and_Files ) i am up to step 5 and in the displayed picture i do not have green icons, i have a picture of a wizard. PLEASE HELP

yeah but when i try to export it, it doesnt show up in game :/ ?

If you follow the instructions there to download the FrameworkSetup.zip, extract it to the right place, then test, then it'll work just fine - you'll be able to load up and get no intro, then try building and get no sparkles. Then you extract any .package files (regardless of icon) to the same folder with the two .package files provided in the FrameworkSetup.zip, and they'll work in-game too.
