sims not aging?

I have a huge problem.Since i have installed the latest expansion,Pets,my sims aren't aging at all.What can i do? :(

Look at your game options and make sure that aging hasn't been turned off.

... if that isn't the problem, then remove CC and go thru the basic troubleshooting guide.
