Cannot create a new world [SOLVED]

I want to create a new world for my sims and their pets.
But when I try to open a new world it doesn't work.

it shows either just a black or a blue render panel.
Black when I just opened CAW and blue when I open a different world before trying to open a new world.

My game is up to date as I have just installed the sims 3 pets.
I deleted CAW and re-downloaded it from the sims 3 website so i guess that is up to date too...
I have tried different height maps and height options...
I have also tried to do what was said in a different post about the same problem... copying the create a world tool files to my desktop.

does anyone know how to fix this problem? cause I really want to start creating again

Just to check- you tested with a fresh set of user files by removing Documents\ Electronic Arts\ The Sims 3 Create A World Tool?

Take a look at the tips here, try without game CC and check all game versions are compatible:

thanks for the advice I did try that but it didn't work...
but miracles do happen after trying the same thing for 10 times and restarting my computer it worked:)
