Seriously guys... I know we all have. I know I recently have. Y'know the book "The Vampire's Assistant"? (Yes I am fully aware it was made for people like, half my age, that's something we all have to deal with) Well I recently read it, and TOTALLY fell in love with Evra Von. Totally honest.
:lovestruc :lovestruc :luff: :luff:
So have you ever fallen in love with a fictional character? (Book, video game, etc... I'm not sure about movies, if you fell in love with the character then sure, but if it was the actor/actress, then that's a real person, DUH)
I know you're guilty of it just as well... Don't try to make me feel guilty!

It's strange, but I really loved Young-Goon from "I'm a Cyborg, but that's okay." I just really loved that whole movie. It's one of my very favorites, but there's something about that adorable face...

He's not a fictional character, but much fiction has been written about him. I've been in love with King Arthur for many, many years.

Okay, when I was a kid I thought the Brawny Paper Towel Guy (the one with red hair and the stache) (yeah I know) was cute. Then I liked Mr. Spock. HEH.
I wouldn't say it was love per se. But I did have some attraction.

I have fallen for several well written characters. Top character being Lestat but also Lasher (from another Anne Rice series) and a few Stephen King heros. I have a thing for Harley Quinn too but mostly I feel sorry for her because I know Joker is using her and she just doesn't get it even though I think she should.

He's alright. I like his sense of humor, but the romance was a little bleh. He just talks about how beautiful your character is all the time. It just seems like kind of a shallow, one-sided affair.

I'm aware of that fact, and I realize that it makes sense that he's smitten and falling over himself for his first love, while my Aeducan was a little cooler because she had had Gorim before. Still, it doesn't mean that it's a good relationship. IRL, if you're smitten by the beauty of your partner and not really paying attention to anything else, no matter how naive you are, you might want to rethink the relationship. Storybook romances don't tend to last. And I realize that I'm probably a weirdo for thinking about the realism of the relationship, but I just happen to like realism, particularly since the game does so well at dispelling certain other fairy tale qualities often found in fantasy.

I could name a few characters I've had crushes on. Sydney Losstarot from Vagrant Story (video game), Sanzo and Gojyo from Saiyuki (anime), Kain from Legacy of Kain (video game series) and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7 compilation. I loved how they acted and treated others, how mysterious they were and their intelligence. Plus how charismatic a lot of them were.
On Alistair, he's kind of cute but I really couldn't stand him. I did love his arguments with Morigan, though.

I believe there was another thread like this one that was deleted by the person who started it. I don't precisely remember the list I made on that one, but here are some fictional characters that I've been attracted to:
Tanis Half-Elven (Dragonlance)
Dr. McCoy (Star Trek)
Daniel Jackson (Stargate SG-1)
Aragorn (Lord of the Rings)
Jim (28 Days Later)
Giles (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
Duncan [sort of; it's less a crush and more just affection] (Dragon Age: Origins)
Anders [His romance dialogue is so very corny, but I like what his character stands for, even if he makes a big mistake later in the game] (Dragon Age 2)
I generally like any combination of smart, rugged, and morally upright. There are few characters (or people, for that matter) that fall into all three categories, but I can dream. :P
I've also had a few girlcrushes, which is something I remember being brought up in the other thread. It's not that I've wanted to boink any of these characters, but I've found these characters very compelling:
Arilyn Moonblade (Songs and Swords Trilogy; Forgotten Realms)
Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl aka Oracle [my avatar!] (Batman)
Harley Quinn (as portrayed by Mia Sara on the Birds of Prey tv show)
This isn't the full list of either girls or guys that I've found interesting, but it's the list of those that most readily come to mind.

Oh man, seriously... but like... back from the first game in the 8-bit days. I used to tug on my ears and try to make them pointier so I could go to Hyrule and adventure with him. It never happened, but I still loved all the comics in Nintendo Power for dream fuel.
Oh and erm... Spike Spiegel. That one is sort of self-explanatory by dint of pure awesome.
I also tend to eye Leonard from The Big Bang Theory sidewise, but only 'cause he reminds me of someone from my high school days who I still love dearly. Like, if he died a bit of my soul would die sort of love, but I can't imagine actually ever snogging him. :D

"Falling in love" is a pretty strong term, but I have developed strong affections for many characters from anime and video games.
I have developed serious crushes on two female anime characters: Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Balsa from Seirei no Moribito. Both are women who had horrific events happen in their childhoods, but overcame adversity to become the absolute best at what they do--Motoko as an elite law enforcement officer for the Japanese government, and Balsa as a spearwielding bodyguard. They are easily superior to most of the men in their professions, but they know how to use good old feminine wiles and stereotypes of women to achieve their goals. They are proud, but never excessively so, and perform their duties with honor and integrity.
Other female characters I have developed crushes on include Riza Hawkeye from FMA, Megara from Disney's Hercules, Jane from Disney's Tarzan, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, Princess Zelda, and Terra and Celes from the RPG Final Fantasy VI. I like Riza, Terra, and Celes for the same or similar reasons I like Balsa and the Major. Megara, Jane, and Aurora are on the list because I love how they are drawn in their respective films, though Jane and Meg earn brownie points for their bouts of courage. Finally, I like Princess Zelda because a) her ears are awesome and b) she seems at first to be a regular damsel in distress, but she can more than hold her own when push comes to shove.

Oh, lord. My mother tries to do this with me, and it always creeps me out. "Do you think that guy is attractive?", "Do you like that kind of face?", "Do you think that guy has a pretty haircolour?". I try to avoid answering these questions, but once in a while I'll say something along the lines of "Yes, he is quite good-looking, I suppose.", and then she says something like "YES I KNOW RITE", and it never, ever fails to make me uncomfortable.

Perhaps it's strange, but Cyrus from Pokémon. Yes he's the villian, but he's also right about the world. Maybe this makes me no better than his followers. I don't know. But there's an element of him where sure you want to stop him, but you also want to go after him afterwards and have a deep conversation about things.
He makes me think about the world. About the real world, that is. About the big picture. About logic and reason vs emotion--I've always favored logic ever since I was a child but I've never really considered WHY.
And frankly there was a dark stage in my life where I was very much like him. Where, if there was some sort of way to erase the universe and create one from scratch, I'd have done so immediately. I'd have thrown away all of history, all lives lived, to create a better world. And that's what he's after, a world without strife, without suffering, without emotion.
Of course, he's wrong. He's selfish, trying to force everyone to conform to his worldview. But at the same time, he's very right, speaking of what we need to do to change things, and what the true problems of the world are.
And of course, there's his sympathetic backstory. He seeks perfection for everything, especially himself, because perfection was always demanded of him. He could never be a child. He could never be *happy*. He wasn't permitted to. So he surrounded himself with machines--automatons that did as they were told and could be simply repaired or replaced if they broke. Reprogrammed. And that's how he came to see what had to be done to the world. In his eyes, it had to be reprogrammed to be perfect. A system wipe and reinstall, free of the virus of emotion. Which would, of course, make him the only imperfect being in his perfect universe, because he still, as much as he claims otherwise, possesses very powerful emotions.
Aaah sorry for the tldr. I get very passionate about him.

I don't actually mind that kind of thing. It's a bit silly, sure (and I never do it, because the answer is always "No, WTF, una"), but the thing that really bothers me is discussing it with family members. I do not need to know that I and a family member have the same "type".

Yes, that is an accurate interpretation.
Discussing personal preferences of that sort of thing in anything but abstract terms with pretty much anyone makes me uncomfortable.

I have to ask... what is your opinion of Rachel Ray? I am a lady who generally does not go looking for the naked company of other ladies, but she does appear to be quite charming.
Although I suppose that regardless of her charm, the very fact that your brother finds her attractive would make the idea gross.

I don't like talking about that stuff with my parents, but I've gotten used to talking about it with friends. My friends aren't the gossipy, giggling-about-boys-all-the-time type, but they do like to talk about guys occasionally. It is a little bit awkward when my best friend tries to nudge me into pursuing someone, though.

It doesn't really bother me that he thinks she's hot, it's really just how he expects me to offer feedback. That, and he's usually a bit drunk when he starts the whole 'rating tv chefs' thing, so he's loud and silly.
"Well, I think she's hot. WHAT DO YOU THINK HMM? ANSWER THE QUESTION. IT'S OKAY I'M YOUR BROTHER. WOULD YOU FUCK RACHEL RAY?"

Anyway, I have probably had a lot of inappropriate feelings for fictional characters. Some might say too many. Though strangely not Sephiroth. I dodged that bullet because I thought his hair was too ridiculous and it was clear he was compensating for something with that frickin' long sword.
I know, I should make a list!
1. Garrus (this one's hard to explain... yeah, can't explain it) From Mass Effect franchise.
2. Spike (like everyone else, yes everyone) From BtVS
3. Lelouch <3
4. Gin Ichimaru

9. Young Walter (old Walter is also cool but not very attractive to me) From the Hellsing series

He doesn't turn good but I do agree that towards the end he almost seemed to be growing a bit as a character. The epilogue showed that it was a superficial sort of change brought on by extreme circumstances as he reverts into your typical highly privileged snob.
He's not quite as much of a jerk but he's certainly not winning any awards for compassion and kindness.
He had potential to be a better person but he fought with it every step of the way.

Of course along comes a younger jail bate aged kid and she points it out that us oggling over these guys was like pedophillia. After all the boys in the anime were 15 and we are ranging in our early to mid twenties. Holy crap on a cracker! Tanis was like the poor underdog puppy I wanted to take home and cuddle to death.
Until I was introduced to Kith-Kanan. He pretty much ruled my heart for the rest of my DragonLance days.
A couple more:
Faramir, who once introduced, knocked Strider/Aragorn right off the pedestal for me.
F'nor, from the Dragonriders of Pern series. Not sure why he stuck out for me more than F'lar.
Various others, many from books that aren't as well known, but the above are my favorites.
I can't even begin to make a list of the cartoon and video game characters.

Holy crap on a cracker! Tanis was like the poor underdog puppy I wanted to take home and cuddle to death.
Until I was introduced to Kith-Kanan. He pretty much ruled my heart for the rest of my DragonLance days.
I mainly like Tanis for his morality. He isn't perfect, as he has his brushes with temptation (Kitiara, in particular), but he ultimately does the right thing and lives by his principles. I also liked Sturm, though he was a little bit flatter a character, at least until some of the later side stories that fill in some of his background, especially with (again!) Kitiara. He was a fairly romantic character, though, especially with the pseudo-martyrdom thing going for him. Raistlin was also a very compelling character, even though I usually have no sympathy for villains. The tender scenes between him and Caramon really breathe life into his character.
I don't remember Kith-Kanan. It's been about 8 years or so since I read the books, so I may have just forgotten him, or I may never have gotten that far in the series. I think the last book I attempted to read was The Puppet King, but the story was getting too diluted, convoluted, and repetitive, so I just couldn't take trying to follow it anymore. I like the first six books and some of the short story collections, but too many of the other novels seemed like filler to me. And, while I enjoyed the semi-frequent character deaths in the early series in an achy sort of way, I thought that some of the later character deaths seemed a little shallow and pointless. But I'm getting way off-topic now.
Oh, and F'nor was a good one, too. He always seemed the more level-headed of the two brothers. :)

Yeah, Tanis had that tortured hero thing going on, which can certainly be a hook. He seemed "human". lol Maybe because he was half-human.
I really liked Sturm, as well. I always felt bad for him because of the state the Knights were in and him always seeming to be more of an outcast than Raistlin at times.
You would only know Kith-Kanan by reading the Elven Nations trilogy. He's the founder of Qualinesti and the first Speaker of the Sun. He's mentioned in the Chronicles, but I can't remember which one. I'm pretty sure it's "Dragons of Autumn Twilight." He's not in it per se, but his tomb and guardians are found, so you get a bit of lore about him.
I never got into anything in the actual timeline once "Dragons of Summer Flame" was written. It was the end of an era for me and I had no desire to read anything without the Heroes or not set before their rise, so basically anything post 2nd Cataclysm had nothing of interest for me.
Outside of the Chronicles, the Meetings Sextet, Preludes I & II, and Legends, everything else before "Dragons of Summer Flame" (which is the start of the Chaos War and the Age of Despair) could be considered filler and mostly grounds for learning the lore of Krynn. The Elven Nations and Dwarven Nations trilogies I thought were very good since you see how the nations were founded. I also really enjoyed the Lost Histories sextet since you learn more about lesser mentioned or known about races such as the Irda, Kagonesti, and even the Gully dwarves.
But now I'm rambling. I agree with you about F'nor and maybe that's what caught my attention with him. He didn't have to be as bold and brash as F'lar, just supportive and assist as needed.
I don't see the point of falling in love with fictional characters
Of course there's no "point". There's no "point" in having crushes on celebrities, but as humans, we do a lot of pointless and irrational things. ;) I don't think it's as much as "falling in love" with the character as it is being drawn to or infatuated with what that character represents. Be it the noble, chivalrous knight or the bad boy/girl who is really not so bad and still redeemable or the hunky/sexy heartthrob, etc., there's a character ideal out there for everyone. In some cases, more than one. lol
As a kid, being infatuated with cartoon characters is pretty normal. With animation now getting to the point where characters look more realistic, it's not out of the ordinary for grown ups to have infatuations.
I personally don't fall into the visual category. Video game and animation characters don't draw me in the same way as a well written character from a book. I think it's because I can visualize exactly how I want that character to look and they can be as perfect or horrific looking as I can make them. There are exceptions, but a lot of times it's because of the voice aspect, so visual still comes in third. But, I'm weird like that. :)
I do agree that there are those who might prove to be very interesting to know in real life. Morrigan would be a good one, but I'd probably annoy her to no end with questions and she'd turn me into a frog to shut me up. I wouldn't mind meeting Loghain if only to slap the ever living daylights out of him.

not really comparable to celeb though. at least getting with a celeb would not be impossible because they are real people and sometimes end up with a "normal" person wheras fictional characters no chance at all because they are not real
btw not criticizing you for being into a character, although it's just not something I do most of the time (I also am not into gay or married men)
just saying I'm not sure it's an accurate comparison
I know I know you probly think I'm being too politically correct.

Drakescaravdis, are you suggesting that celebrities might be fictional characters? Because if you were, I would back you up on that. :) Many of them are pure fiction.
Spitfire, I find your preference for fictional characters from literature interesting. You must really get involved with the stories you read.
When I first saw this thread, literary characters ran through my head and there was not a one that I had a crush on. There were several that I admired and would want to be, however.
But on the topic of game characters: I kind of thought Mortimer in Sims 3 was hot.

Pfft, plenty of times, being the nerd that I am and I'm proud of it too. This my most recent one: a man in an anime who's beyond pretty but he's oh so sweet and straightforward and honest. Too bad he's in a series where he actually falls in love with another man who's 9 yrs older than him. Why can't he be my boyfriend?! T_T

actually no, I'm saying the exact opposite. that's why I don't think celebs and fictional people are comparable. I'd fall for a celeb (which I often do and obsessively but most of the time they're not as popular ones) before I'd fall for a fictional character.
I can see why you'd say that because I mean yeah people don't always tell the truth but beyond all the fame and money, they're regular people.
esp if they are celebs like the ones I am into (not into the A listers like Brad Pitt or whatever)
and if you are obsessed with reading people like I am (which isn't likely but IF you are) you will know a lot about them.

Actually, I was making a joke because this is a thread about fictional characters. Celebrities are real people, of course, no matter how much their public persona is created or how much it differs from how they are in private.
Now back to the discussion at hand: True fictional characters that we have fallen for.

Spitfire, I find your preference for fictional characters from literature interesting. You must really get involved with the stories you read.
I do! Certainly not all books, thought I find it happens more with series books. You spend enough time in a setting and you sometimes feel like you know characters as well as real friends.
I'll give an example to show just how ridiculously nerdy I am. Anyone who has read any of Anne McCaffrey's (R.I.P, she'll be greatly missed!) Dragonriders of Pern novels would probably know Master Robinton. In "The Masterharper of Pern" we learn Robinton's story.
:alarm: :
In it, he falls in love with a young woman and she is the love of his life. We already know that Robinton is not married or attached to anyone in later life, so I already knew something was going to happen. On their honeymoon, she becomes very ill and dies from a fever. Let me tell you, I have never been as heart-broken about a character death as I was with hers. I honestly cried for two days and couldn't finish the book for a couple of weeks.
So, yes, I do tend to get involved in epic setting books. :lovestruc You can invest as much or as little into a book because you rely completely on your own capabilities to visually flesh out the world and its inhabitants using only the guidance of the author. Like I said, I'm weird like that.
You can certainly invest as much or as little with movie, TV, and video game characters, too. But here everything is already done for you and nothing is left to the imagination. TV and movies more so because it's real people you're seeing, not an artist's rendition, if that makes any sense.
Don't get me wrong, I love TV and movies, animated or live-action. I have shows I won't miss under any circumstance.
And video games? Psh, I might as well not have a computer if I didn't play video games.
Well-written characters in these instances can be intriguing and evoke all kinds of feelings. But even a well-written character can fall horribly flat if the actor isn't any good or is a poor choice (movie, TV); or can't seem to get their voice to relay the appropriate inflections needed to get across whatever emotion is important for the scene (video games, animation).
You don't have these issues come up in books (unless the book/author just sucks, but that's beside the point) And that's why, for me, reading will always be more engaging. :)
Now, please ignore my inane ramblings and continue with the listing of all characters who've tugged at your heartstrings.
A game character finally came to mind. Gabriel Knight. The Tim Curry voiced version.

well like I said not in a physical way....I'm obsessed with so many characters but they're all platonic interest
the only ones are Josh from Sabrina and the one I don't want to mention because it's too embarrassing
since I already mentioned Josh in my other reply, I guess if I had to say one, Drake Parker since even though I was obsessed with the real Drake in general all I had to go on for some time was his character.

I totally didn't know. That's sad. :(
I really liked Robinton. He's way old, but I was smitten by his character. The teasing about him and Menolly was really great sexual tension.
I, too, get really invested in (well-written) characters. I know I've had lots of minor crushes on book characters, but nothing much happened to come to mind when I wrote my list a few pages back. Tanis has the distinction of being my second fictional crush, though (I read the Dragonlance books for the first time when I was 10), after Dracula. I was a weird child. I suppose I should count the thing I had (have) for Batman, but it was less a crush and more wanting to be him.

When it comes to the whole "love" thing for fictional characters, mine has also ranged from "extreme interest in a platonic way" to "slight crush," with occasional bits of attraction mixed in here and there.
Some current ones:
One of the ones which still remains from my childhood (despite not reading comics or really being into superheros much--hell, Batman isn't even my "fave" superhero) would be the various incarnations of Catwoman, especially Michelle Phiffer's portrayal of her.
http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSqfRhSeeKVsEk4gzVG71haPgdcuVvvOyIV5H7iMgMm9k_nJbxB
I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO STEAL THAT OUTFIT FOR MYSELF OR LICK IT...guuuhhh...
I WANT MY OWN REAL-LIFE GLENN. (http://www.amctv.com/shows/the-walking-dead/cast/glenn)
He's Asian (has a weakness for asians and hispanics, as well as any of the UK-area accents; English, Irish, Scottish), and is one of the two character types I'm always drawn to the most (in both a platonic and sometimes slight crush way) the "funny, 'little-brother' type" who always makes people smile, and just seems very fun/funny, while still very much able to hold his shit together, and even has some leadership potential.
One of the other character-types I seem drawn to is what I call the "funny asshole" type. A good example of this (whom I also like in a platonic way) is Church (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaUW2K1M034) from Red vs Blue. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DL2pi1Rbs6U)
I am a bit attracted to Wash (aka Agent Washington) from Red vs Blue. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SG8Ogcm47lo&list=PL21EE95CDDAB7F56C&index=9&feature=plpp_video)

I'm deeply in love with Cicero from Skyrim. I know it sounds crazy (just like him), but I think he's adorable. He makes me laugh at his little songs/comments/dances, he's the best follower in the game (on account he's invincible and will find a weapon if you take all of his away, plus he NEVER complains) and he's extremely loyal. Just look at how loyal he was to a corpse, imagine how loyal he'd be to his girlfriend.

As a character, I'll have to say River Tam from Serenity. If actresses are not allowed then Daria Morgendorfer or Raven.

Sad to say but I have developed crushes on many romance novel heroes. The saddest part is I developed a crush on the hero in one of the romances I wrote myself. It got so bad that I was actually dreaming about him...at least by the end of the dream he had somehow morphed into my husband. Otherwise that would have been upsetting.

I think it's quite normal to have a crush on at least one fictional character througout your life, aswell as celebrities. These characters are made so that we will like them. They are heroes, often look perfect and live in worlds we love to dream ourselves away in. Just like you I've written a story and developed "close relations" to all my characters. That's normal aswell. Though I don't have a crush on them, they have become very important to me. I guess that's how it was for JK Rowling when she wrote the Harry Potter novels. Aswell as Tolkien when he wrote LOTR. These characters represents our dreams, hopes, thoughts etc.
.. I felt like I was quite deep right now :)

YEEESSS! Good old Lara. From Tomb Raider 1 to the newest game. :lovestruc: I tried to make a simsversion of the newest Lara.
I too have tried make a Simverison of Lara as well. She is so damn beautiful. She makes my heart melt. And I remember the day when they announced that there was another Tomb Raider coming. I was freaking out, and squealing :giggler:

I like to dabble in a crush that's not serious, and humorous by adult standards. (no I'm not sure if anyone 12+ to 18 has this more common that I do). It's just more common to me in quiet times than socially busy..
Ok - although Laura Bertram is a cute actress and nice woman, my crushes always prefer characters than actresses. Trance Gemini in the forgotten show Andromeda was my best crush. I love the power and mysteriousness of her character. i wish i had a copy of Ready or Not.
And totally opposite of serious, because the voice and the character are cute, and I like the way it's written. I like Susan Murphy from Monsters Vs Aliens.

I've had so many crushes on fictional characters, but I wouldn't call it falling in love. Just became a little bit infatuated (too infatuated) lol. My first fictional character crush was on Ash from Pokemon when I was 10. Also had a thing for Light, what DN fan girl didn't? (Or for L). Had a crush on Naoki Irie from Itazura Na Kiss, Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh, etc. It seems most of my crushes have been on anime characters lol. Well except the most recent one, which is on Khal Drogo *dreamy sigh* :lovestruc lol.

Fallen in love? Umm it might sounds a little too far, don't you think? ;) Even I admired some male characters because of their great personalities and smart thoughts, I wouldn't call it fallen in love for those fictional characters.
The only character i feel crushing on (for proper word) is Kimihiro Watanuki, lead male character on XXXHolic, my favorite anime so far. He's a very unique character has an ability to see spirits with childish exaggerated expression seeing his crush and disgust at serious wooden looking classmate as companion, at the beginning. Throughout the series, he learns lots of lessons of understanding his existence and world to develop his maturity to become more serious and stronger person. Anything he can do to bring his mentor, Yuko, back. He also has an amazing skill at cooking ;)

Some of my most fulfilling relationships have been with ficticious/fictional and often very 'unavailable' characters!
When I was about thirteen I was deeply in love with Sherlock Holmes, then I moved on to The Scarlet Pimpernel, Mr Spock, and Batman. Then there was Mr Rochester, and Data, and Dracula (as played by Christopher Lee), and as I tend to read through an author's entire works in fast succession I get unhealthily fixated on certain characters quite freqently, the most recent being the wonderful Petronius from Lindsey Davis' superb 'Falco' novels, although my perennial fantasy pin-up boy has to be Havelock Vetinari, Patrician of Ankh-Morpork.
Oh, and I have a bit of a thing for Mortimer Goth, but don't tell anyone, ok?

I've had way, way too many. Why are they all so perfect?!?
1.Draco Malfoy :lovestruc From Harry Potter. He's so amazing. Yeah, he's a kinda evil but not so evil that he could kill. Most of it was his parents *big pleading eyes*. I swear, honest! It was all them. It was a book crush before it was a movie and book crush. I may or may not still have a crush on him...
2.Sirius Black. Nuff said, right? Also from Harry Potter.
3.Peter Pan from... Peter Pan. The cartoon Disney version. I really disliked Wendy because of that.
4.Ferris Bueller  I'm over that though. *insert shifty eyes here* He was just so fun.
There were more... um...
5.Oh right! The guy from The Breakfast Club. I can't remember his name ATM but he's the badass one.
6.Also the New Peter Parker from: The Amazing SpiderMan.
7.And Dimitri from Anastasia.
8.And Aladdin.
9. The weirdest? Diego from Ice Age- his personality! Why did he have to be an animal? :faceslap:
10. Most males from the Vampire Diaries... even though I've ever only seen a few episodes.
There are more but I ain't going there. :help:

You have no idea!
Leon S. Kennedy. Resident Evil: Degeneration (CG Film), Resident Evil: Damnation (CG Film), and Resident Evil 6 (Video Game)! Also in some younger Resident Evil games but 6 really does him justice!

But if I had to choose right now, I'd say Edward of Full Metal Alchemist

I haven't "fallen in love" with a fictional character, but I've had my crushes. ;)
1. Prince Zuko

I know it's not a picture from the actual show, but damn...look at that hotness.
2. Harry Potter
3. Tamani from the Wings series. In my mind, he looked like James Maslow:
http://i1066.photobucket.com/albums/u410/efolger997/tamani_zps5a7abe31.jpg
Only, of course, with longer and darker hair.
4. Dimitri Belikov, from the Vampire Academy series (the only vampire book series I haven't hated). What he looks like in my mind (Ben Barnes):

His dream of fillin' the world with wild roses is so cheesy and gay I love it. I really really really love him people think I'm crazy but I don't care. It's a mental illness I'm proud of...
His English voice actor sings too, and.. and listening to his voice singing.... ahhhhhh his angelic voice!

I fell in love with my little ass-kicking elf girl, Calliope, in Dragon Age: Origins. I gave her the sexy elf voice and she sounded adorable when slicing up evil monsters with her dual-wielded swords. I was so very sad when her story came to an end.
