First hi to you all,

I'm new here so be gentle if I sound stupid, or do some dumb mistakes. I have an issue with my game so I was hoping maybe some of you guys can help me. I bought Sims medieval Limited edition, and with it, as you all probably know, I got extra outfit for executioner. But in my game he is wearing the regular outfit. Now if I want to change outfit of npc, i invite him/her over, either by directly asking or by pigeon, and change their outfit by using the closet. But problem with executioner is that he doesn't want to come over. Even though he is friend with my hero, he never comes. Every time I use pigeon I get a response that he is to busy, and that I should try later. And I can't invite him directly, because he obviously is performing really important duty and he can't afford to socialize.

So my question is is it possible to change executioner's clothes without cheats, if no is it possible with just testingcheats enabled, or will I need some extra mods?

Thank you guys all in advance.

if you absolutely cannot get him to come over, I would suggest two things. One, with Testingcheats enabled, shift left click on the ground nearest the executioner, select buy on this lot, and place a wardrobe/clothing chest there. Then you merely go and invite the executioner to change outfits.

Two, you would need to have Grimreefer's Core Mod installed ( It's a super mod) with the DEBUG interactions turned on, you cna merely click on the executioner, select 'Plan Outfit' from one of the menu's and it will act as if you've brought the executioner to the wardrobe. BUT, I think this mod only works with The Sims Medieval 2.0/Pirates and Nobles.

As Always, back up your saves before you begin Modding.

Thanks, I will try both version. I was hoping there was other way because I'm afraid I will screw something up, but I'll try.

Now if I could only find the mod that you are talking about, I searched it here on modthesims, but I can't find it.

Grimreefer's mod can be found HERE (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=449550), If you have your game patched up to 1.3.13, the first download will work, if you have pirates and nobles, the last download is the one you need.

If you use this mod http://gnautylilgnomes.com/forum/index.php?topic=3417.0 you can invite over any sim you want, unless they are actually busy for a fact, doing some action that can't be stopped. Executioner, Constable, Guards, Quest Sims etc. can be invited over successfully.

This is also a super mod, and I highly recommend you get it! If someone developed a polygamy mod, this would be excellent coupled with it.

Just to let you know, DarthKitsune, your advices worked perfectly. Now all my guards wear green and gold, executioner is looking scary and I even refurnished some of the plots that I couldn't before.
Thank you
