Is there a way to find a specific world layer in s3pe to search it?

In my tweaking the China map I'm seeing they have an effects block they're calling "Fireflies" that I really want to find in s3pe to see if it's cloneable. It does seem to be like the fog emitter fireflies for lots- having that in CAW would be amazingly sweet. (If anyone else is messing about with China map and EA layers, it's in their fx layer)

Edit:
I think I wasn't clear, I mean that I can't figure out how to find it at all, and was wondering if layers were able to be checked individually for things in them.

Also, seems to be an effect called "ep1 Dragon Steam" by the waterfalls...

Hey Baka, I have a tutorial on how to do that:

I've never tried to clone them, as I've not managed to locate the OBJD (which could be modded to have the item show in catalog) so this was the workaround I found.

I'd be interested to see your results if you manage to clone them, though. You should be able to open the layer in S3pe to find out details.
