Need help with recoloring

Hello all,

I saw this beautiful hairstyle on peggyzone:

However, for the guys who know the movie sucker punch, the colors don't match.

I want the haircolor to be like really really white blond and the ribbons to be black.

I'm kinda new at recoloring and only can recolor things like objects but hairstyles are very hard.

Please tell me when interested to recolor it.
