I have been experiencing an odd graphic problem where some sims (townies, playables, premades) have clothing or hair turn white with words on it. I know it isnt anything to do with custom content because i started a new game folder and im still having the same problem. I'm wondering if it could be because my laptop doesn't have enough memory, but I currently have more memory shipping to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
EDIT: i have installed the new memory card thing and im STILL having the problem... i have a picture but not sure how to get it here...

Did you already solved this problem? Because I am currently having the same problem but only with Freetime and seasons. Also some objects do not appear like the violin and some paintings.

No, I haven't solved it yet.

We probably need system specs. If you haven't been killing your graphics card, the next thing to look at is a possible corrupt objects.package. (Which can be replaced from the disc without having to reinstall.)

I tried that and it didn't work. For some people it has work because I have been to a lot of post looking for answers and when I do what they say my game it's still the same.

Do you still have the problem if you remove your user files?

No= it's a problem with your CC/ neighbourhood.
Yes= it's a problem with your game install.

@RiriCiri- did you also replace the other files mentioned, as well as the objects.package?

Yes, I did. But I have a question, I have to replace the files of all the games or just the one I have problems with?
Oh btw is it a problem that I am using a crack?

Yes it is, please don't post here asking for help again until you run a legal copy of the game from the discs. Please also read the forum rules.

By the way, the crack is likely the cause of your glitch.

Sorry...................and thanks for the advice. I'll uninstall the non legal ones right away. And really sorry.

That's out of my reach but try to do how it tells you there maybe it's the same.

If you can't find the file, another option is to uninstall and reinstall.

Yes. Usually we don't recommend that you uninstall and reinstall until you've tried all other options. That's because uninstalling will delete your save game. Think of it as a last resort. If you can find a different way to restore your files, do that instead.

However, if you have to reinstall, your best bet is to backup your entire save game before you uninstall, then make sure that you uninstall completely, then reinstall everything, then restore your backup.

Here is a guide to backing up your game and restoring it later:

From the FAQ, you should replace the objects.package for the EP CD that you use to run the game, which is usually your latest EP. So, it should be enough to reinstall your latest EP.

Do you have the Store Edition installed? If so, then that is probably your latest EP.

Yes, I have the store edition. Thanks for all your help, I will try it and see if it works for me.
