What happened to my young again potion?

Hi,
My favourite family pets are getting on, so I saved up reward points and bought the young again potion LR. The points subtracted but I can't find the potion anywhere. I have never used this before so it is entirely possible that I'm being stupid.

Does anyone else have this problem?

The young again potion should be in your family inventory or your Sims' inventory, once you have purchased the reward.
