This problem has been going on for months, but it has never really bothered me since I never really use the default skins, and I thought it was a custom content, or MOD doing that. Actually, I didn't notice that problem until I was using christianlov's skinchanger within the game, then noticed the same issue in my bodyshop, but haven't really done anything to solve it. I think that was around September, but the problem is I honestly don't know when the actual glitch occurred.
Well, I just purchased a new computer, and so of course I transfer some (not all) of my files to the newly installed Sims 2 Double Deluxe and Best of Business..so, then I decided to take this opportunity to solve this problem...
As you can see, I haven't solved it, and I've literally tried everything I could think of besides re-installing the game. I removed all the mods, skins, packaged sims, and default items. I used Delphy's Organizer and Sims2PackInstaller to scan for the culprit. I tried doing everything on the FAQ about removing default replacements [Here] (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Removing_Default_Replacements). None of it worked.
It's weird because it's just the AF face on the S1 skin. I also tried using other default skins, and removing them all together! Even on Maxis skin, the glitch is apparent..which is what the image is showing.
I hope this can be solved without resorting to re-installing because if something in my downloads folder IS causing this I still wouldn't know which one because I already removed all of the mods, but the glitch still occured.
I'm pretty saavy with simpe, so hopefully if I can solve this apparently simple problem using that program, I'd be all set....Now that I think of it-- it could be the skin changer but I didn't place any skins in the device with my previous computer....hmm.
thanks for reading~

P.S. BIG DERP! Upon literally SECONDS after days of trying yo solve this, then uploading a thread about it that I decided it was a good idea to literally REMOVE ALL CUSTOM CONTENT. REALLY don't know why I never thought about doing that. Fortunately, my downloads are nicely organized so I guess I can reply when I find that blasted culprit. Umm, if there's a way to delete this I would be happy to get rid of this waste of space and make room in the forums for someone with a real problem..VERY sorry about this :(
PSS. FOUND IT! Sadly it was actually a series of face templates that my sister made for her [Piccolo] (http://www.modthesims.info/d/437694) sim..so I guess if anyone has downloaded the templates they probably should get rid of them because it causes this problem...huh. I did notify her so she'll take care of it on her upload.
