A new world

Hi guys,
I have recently created a new world for the sims 3 world adventures. I fill in all the info and then try to finish my upload in the upload wizard about 3 secs later i get a confirmation PM, then later on I get another that rejects my world, I read what it said and improved my listing to what it says, so I upload again, I wait but only the exact same happens again.
Please help with this.

Oh and im sorry if this is in the wrong section.
