I have lots of bugs in my own Bon Voyage EP! My friend also bought this expansion pack and he hasn't got any bugs! Is it possible, that "wrong" ("damaged" from the start) CD also has something with bugs? Should I install Bon Voyage with friend's CD? Could this solve any problems? ;)

No, using someone else's copy is not at all likely to fix BV's bugs. Fact is that ALL copies of BV are buggy. Some simply show up more readily in some people's games than others. The patch takes care of many of the bugs, that being what the patches are for.

You need to take the steps outlined to you in your other thread about this same issue.
