I've been looking for a story I saw a long while ago, but it seems to have disappeared off the face of the sims community. I do fear it's swallowed in the sea of closing sims-sites, but I do have a tiny hope it's still out there. I've already searched MTS and Insim up and down (gone through all the story pages, every single topic), but no such luck. Might have been at the sims2community site (whch was merged with MTS, but might have resulted in loss of stories) and if so I do hope it's also on a blog somewhere. I know it wasn't on EA, and I'm fairly sure it wasn't on GoS. I think it was posted somewhere between 2006 and 2009, so it's not very recent.
If I remember correctly, the story was medieval-inspired, and started off with a baby being born (quite descriptive, from the baby's point of view - and I think one of the pics was actually of the baby in the womb). I think the mother of the baby was blonde. The pictures struck me as well made and very cleverly done, while the text had a slightly poetic touch, and was well written.
I'm really sorry, but I can't find the picture(s) I once had (which I saved from the story). My other laptop died before I managed to save it. I do hope the description can spark some memories, though.
Perhaps not so much to go on, but I'd really love to find it - or at least know what happened to it. Been looking for a long while now, and thought I might as well seek some help since my search has come up with nothing so far.
