Can a Radeon HD 3650 play The Sims 3 pets without the no fluff issue and will it play the game fine at medium-high settings?

PS:Not sure where to post this and it wasn't listed in the system requirements page here.

Specs:
GPU:Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 PCI-E 512 mb of RAM
RAM:2gb(will upgrade to 4gb or 6gb)
CPU:Pentium Dual-Core 2Ghz(will upgrade to core 2 quad 2.4Ghz)

Unless you patch to 1.29, I doubt you'll get fluffy pets -- I have a Radeon HD5570 and needed to patch up to 1.29 to get fluffy pets. With the graphics card you have, assuming all other things are at a decent level (processor, memory) you should be able to play the game fine on medium-high settings -- I have everything on the graphics page set to high save for edge smoothing, tree detail, and high detail lots with no lag and only issue being rezzing a decent number of objects on a lot can take a bit of time.

I think I'd be interested to find out what kind of a Notebook/Laptop computer is running all EPs/SPs without some kind of laggy behavior. I haven't tried to run all of them together, as of yet.
