Working on a unique Sim - Your opinion?

I stopped building houses for a while and started working on a unique sim. I planned to try on a Cameron Diaz sim but it ended up with this lady. I don´t have a name so far, I just play-tested with the name Marisa but I think this does not fit the character. I am also not sure about her history or her personality.
I am open for any feedback. :)

I'd suggest changing the blush, or maybe turning the opacity down a bit - right now the bottom edge of it is very visible, and it's making her face look kinda dirty.

Her top eyelids are stretched oddly. Perhaps a different skintone - or maybe try making top and bottom eyelids both higher, then moving the whole eye back down?
