Game crashed because one character in my town

Sorry for my english. I have one problem while playing, one sims in my town has a problem. I want to play him, enter his house, nothing any problem while loading, but when finished i just found his face is changed. I mean, his face has changed from his unique face to BASE GAME FACE (i think you will know base game face is a 2nd face when you look up in CAS, it will appear in the second box (upper-right) while you're changing your face) Espacially, he hasn't eyebrows, his eyes changed from blue to brown, his beard and mustache disappeared, his jewelry disappeared, but his skintone and hair color isn't change or glitched.

Moreover, i went him to change his appearance in the mirror, the game crashed. When i went him to change his clothes, the game crashed. I try to play other households in town, nothing any problems. Then, i try to call and invite him in another house, when finished calling and put the telephone back, the game crashed ! what's happened to him awww. :( I think he is a cause of problem when i went other sims to community lots and often game crashes too, because i didn't see him come to any community lots for one or two months in real time. I think when he arrived to that community lot, the game will crashed.

In simPE, his information, relationships, skills, age, gender, portrait or even his memories still remain, not disappeared or corrupted. I don't know what a cause of problem that makes error on him, i think CC maybe not because some of characters in my town use CC SAME AS him and NOTHING any problems with them, and i found all characters in my town, only him has a problem.

First thing I'd determine is whether or not this is caused by CC.

So follow the Game Problem guide, and this will tell us whether the issue is caused by CC or not.

Be sure to backup first- removing all CC will cause all of your sims to lose their custom outfits- so you need to be able to restore the game after you have tested. We just want to see whether removing the CC does make a difference or not first.

Thanks for the answer :). I can solved this problem (with a luck :D) now. I try to use Force Error on sims and the game still crashed. Then i try to move his household but the game still crashed too. My lucky brain was showing something in my head, i just recognize last time i saw him, he was invited by one household. Then i go to that lot and...lol...i hope the game will NOT crashed again because this is the last (easy) way to solve this problem. This became true, the game not crashed and i saw him in this lot with a base game face (no eyebrows, no beard or anything that i said). I try to change his appearance again and hope the game will not crashed again...Yes ! i can change his appearance with no problem YEEEE :rofl:

I will tell something while changing his appearance. I hope this issue and solution will be useful for someone who has a problem likes me. While changing his appearance, his face (only FACE) skintone changed to dark-brown (i mean south east asian skintone, not african-american skintone) with no eyebrows or anything. then i click the finished button, his face still base game face but skintone changed to normal. Then i try to changing his appearance again, so lucky, his face changed to an original face that i created him at the first time ! (very surprised me) then i can change his eyebrows, beard or jewelry and has no problem...and i can play him again, can change his clothes, go to community lots, or invite him over, Etc. I don't know what is a cause of problem but this is fortunately. Btw thanks for the suggestion :)

Perhaps his outfit got glitched somehow? Glad you fixed it, remember to backup now you have it working! :)
