installing in Bins not Downloads - where's the Bins?

After a long absence from Simming I've just downloaded CatofEvilGenius' default replacement for the jacket outfit. In the text accompanying the download she says to place the files in Bins not Downloads - but I don't know where the Bins folder is! Can someone point me in the right direction please :help: ?!

So far I've installed Uni, Nightlife, OFB and Seasons.

For Seasons, I believe that the correct location would be:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Seasons\TSData\Res\Catalog\Bins

Other EPs will have similar paths.
