I tried to convert a plant (sago palm tree) from the Sims 3 Showtime to sims 3. When i opened FullBuild_p12 packages, i searched sago tree and extracted all the files.
There werent MLOD or MOLD files. There was .TREE files instead. I succeed to convert some files that had LOD files , such as sofas, chairs.. but i want those trees.
Can someone help me please?

There's one discussion here (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=455516) of someone who opened them in the free SpeedTree version in Unity UDK.

Svezdan, because you specifically asked me to look, I suggest you follow the link Velocitygrass gives you, and maybe do a search for anything trees related in the create forum.
I didn't do anything Sims related for 6 months, so do not know anything more about it, sorry.

The free version of Speedtree was in UDK(Unreal Development Kit), and although you can open the file, that's about all you can do with it because the file gets converted into another newer format. It would be easiest to just use a deco item and make a tree out of it.

Well I don't think we know as a community, or loads of people would be doing it. It's something a lot of people have wanted to do.
