So I'm having this annoying error. About two days in the game will freeze and When i alt-tab back to the desktop I get an error message from windows saying it's not responding. Not sure what could be causing it, I usually compress all my files into one big file to save space and I compressed this but i'm not sure if that's causing it or not. The freezing happens randomly sometimes on the home lot, sometimes off it, so I can't tell if one thing causes it. Any help appreciated.
Oh and I know it's just LL because I checked with have another family in Appaloosa who don't freeze at all.

What do you mean by you 'compressed this'? Do you mean you installed Lunar Lakes as a package file?

When I saw the title I thought "well yes they would do - it's too cold for water on the moon!"

I know from personal experience that LL works as a package-file, so maybe you try to compress it again?

No I don't have it as a package, just the simspack compressed. The strange thing is that when it happens the sims cursor changes to the desktop cursor and back again.

Ah, I was confused when you said 'compressed into one big file'. Does it happen if you don't compress the Sims3pack? Download a fresh version from your purchase history if you don't have an untouched copy.
There are a couple of routing problems in Lunar Lakes; perhaps you have a sim stuck somewhere. Resetsim * should fix that.

Usually I do have that problem and Twallan's resetsim works but not this time when it freezes everything freezes except the cursor, not like when there's a sim stuck and the trees still move. It will remain stuck until I do cltr alt del.

I've also tried reinstalling lunar lakes again it but it's still doing it.

So fixed it, just posting here for anyone else who needs this. Found out the cause was some bad CC, not sure which but I used a crash anaylzer of which I can't remember the name and this brought the CC to my attention as it did not show up in the latest version of delphy. So if you have this problem check your CC.

As it always is. :) Thanks for coming back to post that, though.
