Trying to make a tattoo. Help?

I'm not very literate when it comes to doing things at the computer, but I figured that I'd make some tattoos that I like, but I'm stuck. I have the tutorial open, but I'm stuck at step 3 where I'm supposed to click "add new design". For some reason I'm unable to.Can anyone help me?

Which tutorial are you using?

Edit: Never mind; I see you're doing the tutorial on creating a base texture. First of all, if you want to create a CAS tattoo, the ones that show up in the tattoos panel, this isn't the way to make one. This tutorial is for an accessory overlay that's used as a tattoo. Second, did you select Adult, Female, and Accessories, and then for Mesh choose the GlovesLong_fitted? If so, you should be able to click on the Designs tab and then the Add New Design button. What happens when you do that?
