Riverview install not-working, claims update needed

So, after a computer switch and reinstall of sims 3 (+ World adventures and Ambitions) I tried installing riverview. The content downloaded fine and is visible in the launcher (size ~90 MB) and i can choose to install it. But then it says that I need to update my game in order to install it, however according to the launcher my game is well up to date. (v. 4.0.87.006001).

Anyone else that have had this problem and knows a fix? I miss riverview:(

The 4.0.87 is your Ambitions game version, and that is unpatched. Find out your basegame version:
Game Help:TS3 Patching Find Gameversion
Then fully patch all of your games.
