Not sure if the title really explains, but I couldn't think of anything better. Basically, what I want to do is change the default front/back of an object. To attempt to explain this better, image a couch in the game. You have the cushions you sit on, and the back support. The game considers the front to be by the cushions, with the arrows in the green marking pointing that way. What I would like to do would mean that the back support is considered front and the arrows in the green marking is by that side of the sofa.
The reason I want to do this is that I have a bunch of pet items, food bowls and toys, where the decorative part is at the back of the item. I generally place my bowls and toys by a wall, which means you can't actually see them. It becomes a battle between having the arrow point in a direction that makes it usable to the pet, but then not being able to see the actual detail. I don't understand why the makers would have it that way to begin with, but I'm hoping it's easy to fix.
Here is a picture of one of the items I want to edit.

As you can see on the item, the eyes on the spider are on what the game considers the back of the item, meaning it has to be like the spider to the left for the pet to be able to use it.
Anyone that knows how to do this, or if I should stop trying to figure it out because it would break items? I figure since the items are symmetrical the animations should still work. It ought to just be a matter of mirroring the recolor, or the mesh. Not sure what makes more sense, but my logic tells me it should be doable.
