Can anyone help me out? I'm just wondering, my little sister watch an episode of The Strangerhood and I noticed that when *spoilers* Wade is taking out the trash and talks to nikki(who recently died), Griggs who is in the other side of the road is looking at Wade, you can clearly see that the house that Griggs is looking at is active while the house where Griggs is also active.... How did they do that?

You could build a lot and use the road tiles to make a road in the middle of the lot. Or use lot adjuster to move the lot so there is space on the other side of the actual road. Then build 2 houses on either side of the road. Then you could place 4 key doors on each house and assign a family to one and move another family into the other or change the lot zoning to apartments.

*EDIT* but one thing bugs me is that, you can't see the person inside the other apartment looking at the window... Still thanks....

You could if you used the normal lot with the 4 key door. There is probably a hack to stop tenants disappearing inside apartments. I know there is one for dormies, over at maty I believe.

Thanks Mootilda. I've been wanting to try up the limit on the keys though. What if you have a family of five? One will need permission to come and go.

I don't know if their is a hack to stop apartment tenants disappearing. It just seems likely one could exist if there is one for dorms.
