After spending all week trying to get my head around how CC Magic, mods and custom content works, my game now just keeps crashing everytime I try and start a new game. I didn't have any crashes when I was using the Game Launcher to download CC so this leads me to believe that it's CC Magic (since the only mods I have been trying to use were the two original ones and a couple of sliders). I know people rave about it on here, but I've got to be honest, I think CC Magic is a pretty poor bit of software, the scroll bars don't work properly, it doesn't bring up icons for most of the CC and if it can't handle patterns what's the point of using it? Thanks to those that tried to help me earlier in the week but I've concluded I'm not really up to the task of using what is in essence a flawed bit of software. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall once more and try and find something a little more reliable to handle the CC. :(
