Showtime making probs

Hey this is my first time in this forum so if i did worng explain and dont just close this thread , thank u

First i played sims 3 long before i had Ambition , Pets , Late Night and World adv(all of these are from download its not real disc) and the game was always working with no any prob
This week I installed Showtime after a long time not playing sims and after this the game just keep crushing after loading the game (after the video u got this loading screen)
Ive tried everything to fix this i reinstalled Showtime
Totaly reinstalled Sims , deleted the custom stuff deleted everything about Sims (base and expansions)
also deleted everything of sims and expansions regedit files btw i did that because some1 from other forum told me it might fix
i deleted all custom contect / cashe / package
btw the game crashes after loading with an error message "Dont Send" thing
ive tried everything i know so far
