Make clothes larger, bigger or enlarge

Sorry to disturb everyone here.
My name is Minister A.A.M

I love playing Sims 3 from time to time.

I don't know anything about modding, but trying hard to understand everything.

I'm trying to understand how to enlarge clothing, boots and pants.

Is there anyway to make any clothing from .package file or mod bigger so it can
fit correctly over the Sim body parts????

Is so, please explain to me clearly each step to make this come to pass.

You'll have to explain more clearly what you want to do. For sim clothing there are no separate 'body parts' to fit over, there's a single mesh form that's composed of clothing plus any exposed parts of the body. Can you attach a picture showing what you want to change? And is this particular clothing or all clothing?

I always prefer to make all my Sims muscular.
I will like to enlarge boots over Jeans so they can fit over the Jeans properly without any portion of the Jeans being shown.



These particular boots i wish to enlarge are in these .package files from mods I downloaded.
If I wish to enlarge them over jeans to fit properly how can I do this??
