Bodyshop help for Sims 2: Double Deluxe?

:!!: I know that I'm not supposed to post this here, but I have not found a solution ANYWHERE!!! :!!: I have the Sims 2: Double Deluxe and no other expansion packs or stuff packs. My bodyshop has never worked or shown any signs of running at all. Does anyone else have the same problem? I have tried solutions for a ton of different things, but I'm afraid that it is because of DD, not any normal problems. Any ideas or solutions???

Then why did you post it here? It would probably be better suited in the technical thing.
It's not a Double Deluxe thing, because it works for me and I have DD. What operating system are you on?
