i have a sims 3 game and pets
i creat a account in http://www.thesims3.com/
and want to rigstre my game to the site
ist say to me to add the serial code that active my game
(i had the serial from my game box that i buy it)
but when enter the serial
its say
"The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."
what i can do pls help me :(
i realy want to add thengs to my game

Is the problem the serial number from Sims 3 basegame or the Pets EP?

All disks must be registered separately.

4 digits to a block...I find it better to use all caps.

You'll need to contact EA, since it's a problem with their site.What HP said. This is a issue that crops up now and again. when it gets fixed for one person, another one gets affected. I haven't been able to log into my account there in months.
