Is it okay to have JPGs in the mod folder?

Hello! So I want to add some JPG of my CC to my mods folder to help me keep organized. Is this okay, will it cause any problems in the game?

I don't think so.. some of my CC came with JPEG images and it didn't cause any problems :)
