Will it lead to the demise of my neighborhood?? I don't have a single sim living there yet although many have visited community lots. No Sim has ever died there either so no stray grave stones. This hood was only in the beginning building stages; I was designing lots and house lay out. I decided it's too big with too many roads and I don't want it anymore. :faceslap: Is it safe to trash it?

Yeah, but it does have graves in it - Tricou family, for example.

If it was a custom downtown, and you haven't placed any graves, it should be safe to get rid of.
If it's the downtown that shipped with the game, then you would have to figure out how to move the graves at the House of Fallen Trees and in Gothier Green Lawns to a location that you're keeping before you did so.
