CC not showing up in CAS?

I downloaded some asian face presets, because i am horrible with the sliders and my sim always ends up looking like a alien >.< but they do not show up in CAS. They were .package files so i put them in the mod folder in the packages folder but doesnt work. Same thing happens with my longer fingernails for female sims mod. And several other mods that are not showing up in CAS.

Any help or ideas????

Do you have other CC that is showing up, besides these? If not, it is probably an issue with the setup of your mods folder. Otherwise, it's something about those particular packages.

Make sure you've installed the packages using the instructions here, going through every step: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files
