Is there a way to travel with a friend?

So, I know WA doesn't provide us the option of travelling with a friend that doesn't live in the same household. I also know that you could get it to work by adding the sim to your family with testingcheatsenabled true and moving it back to its original family after the trip.

But I'd like to know, is there a cheat or another way to make it possible? It's incredibly annoying when you're travelling only with teens and then you can't move the teen back because there's no adult to move with him.

The current version lets you travel with anyone in your town. The fact that you can also travel to any world you have installed is a bonus. :)
