Hi everyone,

I have created a town where all of the sims are my friends from real life, but the game keeps pushing random service sims and ruin the illusion...

I'm using master controller, register, and story progression, but I can't seem to find a way to use my own sims as service sims.

Is it possible? Does anyone know how to do it?

Thanks!

Eli

Yes, Nraas Register (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Register) mod will allow you to assign your created sims to registers, bars, security ropes, styling stations and tatoo chairs.

@Periandre: does it allow to turn the CAS Sims into maids, butlers, etc, as well?

Yes, but...

I created the perfect butler, got him assigned to the butler pool, but I imagine I did something wrong or missed a step because I couldn't figure out how to get him assigned specifically to my active lot.

Wouldn't it be simpler to edit the butler you did get assigned in CAS? Which you can do with Master Controller.

Not sure that Register is designed to do what you're asking about, but if I were you I would ask on Twallan's site, where there's a lot of expertise on how to use his mods.
