WCIF: lighting bleed mods for Build mode/Buy Mode in lots?

I'm looking for some mods that can make the lights that come from lighting fixtures that are placed on the open spaces of the upper floors of multistory rooms bleed to the lower floors of those rooms!


Can anyone provide a link?

Im sorry but this is more down to the games Mechanics, this cannot be modified unless somebody super awesome decided to re-write the lighting engine. I can ofer a solution however however you could ctrl shift C then type "testingcheatsenabled true" then "buydebug", look for an bunch of objects called arena lights (in the now visible debug category in buy mode) im not entirely sure its called that but its something like that. If i am building a double hight room like you are i place a real light on the top level (this is nothing but decoration) directly under that on the first level, add the arena light under that. its an invisible light that disappears in live mode, it makes it apear like the light is spreading down, its not perfect but it will do.

that not a very clear description is it.

The lights in buydebug will look like empty thumbnails.
They're listed as 1x1 ceiling light, 2x1 ceiling light, etc. to wall lights & a then a big round ceiling light.
The disappear in live mode.
