I would love to start creating worlds, but where is the latest CaW tool?

I tried looking on the sims 3 site, and I only found the beta version. When I tried to install it, it said that my game was not compatible with it. I thought that it was patched too high for the beta version, I have every expansion pack except for Ambitions and no stuff packs. Is there a higher version of CaW, and where? Or, if I have it all wrong and it's not working for some other reason, please explain. Thank you. :luff:

The beta version is the latest version- there is no 'final' version.

It sounds like perhaps you have some expansion packs which are not updated. Check out this thread for help:
