Where can I find a decorative boat for TS3, like this? (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=350510)

Fresh-Prince made 3 versions of that boat for TS2, an animated version, a decorative water version and a decorative land version. I have seen no such objects for TS3, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any full-sized boats that I could use as decorative objects in my game? I have a lot of Sims who tend to lead outdoorsy lifestyles and the entire marine/boating aspect would add a lot of realism.
EA, why couldn't you add boats to TS3 as a feature, just like you did cars? Would it really have been that hard? Weren't boats included in TS2 Seasons? (I wouldn't know, the only TS2 expansions I had were Business and University..)
Anyway, I'd hugely appreciate it if someone could show me where to find some boats like Fresh-Prince's that could be used in TS3. Also, while I'm at it, I might as well ask where I can find a model ship. An old wooden sailing ship like this:

I know there are 2 in Generations, but one looks too much like a pirate ship, and the other doesn't look real enough... Anyway, thanks to anyone who can help with these.
