Lucky Palms keeps uninstalling :(

I did read the information thread about this kind of topic but it didn't help and I'm kinda desperate :rolleyes:
This happened for Lunar Lakes as well. When I install it in the launcher, it says the world is now in the game but when I get on to the game it's now there, then the launcher says it was never installed :( I got Delphy's sims3 pack application and that didn't help and then I got CC Magic and that did nothing either! Has anyone else had this problem? It's really annyoing because I just want to play Lucky Palms or even Lunar Lakes :faceslap:

You can only install worlds through the game launcher. CC Magic can't handle worlds, and you cannot convert a world into a package file. Are both of these worlds direct downloads from the Store?
