My downloaded houses wont show up in the game!

I use WinRar on this site and It works with objects and clothes but not houses. Im desperate to download a Hogwarts lot and It wont show up in the game! How can I Get it to show up in the game. What steps do I have to do with WinRar??? Am I doing Something Wrong?!?! Please answer with any help.... Im desperate.. I need this lot for a movie and I cant get it... Please!! Thank you Evie xxx
