Before I explain my problem, I have to make this clear for you that this problem ONLY occurs in CAS/buy-/build-/neighbourhood mode!
Okay, so now to it - This is an "issue" I've had since the launch of either NL or OFB. Perhaps even since the UL ep. I don't know wether to call it and issue or not, but it's very annoying and I need to know if there's a fix for it.
The music playing in both buy mode, build mode and in the neighbourhood overlook is uncategorized. What I mean by that is that the music belonging to build mode randomly starts playing in buy mode, or even in the overlook of the town/CAS. The same thing goes for the neighbourhood music or the buy mode music. This does not concerne the radio stations at all, those are fine. I don't know if it's me being very picky and controlling over how I want things in my game, but it's been driving me nuts for the last years (pretty much since it started occuring).
Example: I put the original music in from The Sims 1 because I love it. So for instance "New Beginnings" which is a song belonging to build mode starts playing in buy mode or when I'm trying to pick a house to play/set out new lots or creating a family.
Since then I have reinstalled my game for numerous reasons, removed all my cc/hacks for wanting to play without them for a while - so I'm very sure it's nothing that I've put in there to cause the problem. All my copies or legit and bought for, so it's nothing "fishy" about the files.
I would love some help or even just someone saying if it's possible or not to fix it. Google wont help me and I feel that I'm starting to lose my sanity when I try to build an effin' house or decorate it.
