I'm editing Sunset Valley, and I noticed that the images of a few of the houses are messed up. It looks like the game has saved pics of them without their rooves. Any ideas how to fix it?

Never mind. I went into the lots and added a dandelion and the game regenerated images.

Oops, I spoke too soon. When I exported the world and started it, the lots are messed up again!

Had you been editing those houses, and did you forget to put the roof back up before exiting the lot? I do that all the time. Just go back to the lot, raise your levels up until the roof is back & then re-exit.

Sunse Valley uses static caches, so if you are editing that world and using it as a default replacement (i.e, the world has the same WPID as the original Sunset Valley), it could be that the game is picking up on these.

I had this problem with an old world. Basically the image that shows when you're zoomed out seems attached to the lot itself, so even if you deleted the buildings and things it doesn't go away. HI fixed it by saving the buildings/lot to the bin, then deleting the base lot it was placed on, and then replacing that lot and sticking the building back on.
